DECKER MEMORIAL FROM BRODIN STUDIOS FROM $35,000.00 TO $46,000; FURTHERMORE,

THAT THE COST OF THE STATUE WILL BE PAID FOR WITH DONATIONS FROM THE TOM

DECKER MEMORIAL FOUNDATION.
