5. Resolution No. 2023-10 A Resolution Approving a Variance for David & Debbie Terres from Side Yard Setback Requirements

Recommendation: TO APPROVE RESOLUTION NO. 2023-10, A RESOLUTION APPROVING A

VARIANCE TO ALLOW FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A COVERED PLATFORM AND STAIRS

WITHIN 5’ OF THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE.

Recommendation: TO APPROVE ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT WITH WENDEL

ARCHITECTURE, P.C. FOR ARCHITECTURE SERVICES FOR THE NEW FIRE STATION.
